MOUNTED SEPIA PRINTS 
Next Day Graphics run a large line in original and historic, mounted sepia prints.

Our sepia prints are supplied mounted in cream coloured, bevel cut, card mounts with matching backs of 1.4mm thick Daler Rowney Studland Board, which has a Standard Core. The board is acid neutral, which is not of conservation standard. They are not fitted with a stand as they are intended to be framed. Each mounted print is supplied in a protective, self-seal, clear plastic bag.

 

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE: 
Our policy is to intervene with the original picture as little as possible, so it is not uncommon to find minor imperfections in image quality inherited from the original. We try to ensure that the character of the image is retained and often, traces of dust or minor scratches on a negative are contributory to that character - so we leave them in!  Sometimes, even slightly faded or otherwise imperfect images (by present day standards) are included “warts and all”.
 
Twenty-First Century technology can do little to improve photographs and images without compromising the character of the original.
